About Me

I don't really want to write a bio, so here's some things that I like doing.

  • Photoshop Photoshop

I'm decent enough with Photoshop, and know how to use many of its features.
Recently, I have learned a bit on how to use InDesign, which got me interested into designing.

  • Python Programming

I've been interested in programming, and I know Python the best. I've learned how Ruby and Java works (I haven't coded much in them). The challenge for me is to actually find a project to start...
Of course, I've been able to use this knowledge to learn about other languages as well.

  • Ubuntu Server Management

Lately, I've been using skills to manage VPS servers running Linux and I find it fun.
Oh, and did I mention that I proudly use Macs and have an iPad? Not like I care if you hate Apple or anything.

  • Nintendo Gaming

Of course, I am a gamer. I don't play games excessively but I enjoy it like anyone else does.
Most of the time, I'm playing something on a Nintendo device.

  • Homebrew Homebrew

I like hacking, and my Nintendo devices are modded.
I've been doing it for a long time.

  • HTML5 Web Design

Web design is fun. This site is powered by Materialize CSS, a great front-end for your site. I've learned HTML when I was 11.
I should learn how to use JavaScript sometime...

  • Discord Discord

I like chatting on Discord, and I have Nitro and HypeSquad.
If you want to talk to me, I'm Larsenv#2020 on it - that's the best way to talk to me. If you were wondering, 2020 is the year I graduate high school. I don't like services like Snapchat or Instagram.

  • Prusa i3 MK3 3D Printing

Lately, I've enjoyed 3D printing stuff. My first 3D printer was a Monoprice Select Mini, and now I also have a nice Prusa i3 MK3 printer with OctoPrint. It's fun watching it print stuff.
Want to see the stuff I made with it? Check out my Thingiverse profile.

I've used these skills to make RiiConnect24, a project to replace a service called WiiConnect24 on the Wii. I've worked on the project in nearly every field I could, basically using almost every skill I've built up above (and yes, Discord counts as a skill). I also used my voice for some of the RiiConnect24 videos, if you want to check that out.
